Job Description :
1. Work with public and private payers, handle benefit insurance inquiries at assigned facility
2. Communicate appropriately with insurance administrators, physicians offices, patients and internal personnel.
3. Develop and maintain close interface with all components of the benefit & reimbursement process.
4. Ensure that related information is obtained, documented in detail, tracked and available for access & quality review.
5. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
6.Managed confidential and sensitive information regarding patients and physicians.
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience within a US healthcare (Revenue Cycle Management) environment.
2. Charge / Cash entry, Denial Management and Accounts Receivables.
