1. Applicants Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
2. Applicants ready to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc)
3. Applicants are Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
4. Applicants Should have Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
5. Applicants shall be self motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
6. Work Timings: Night Shifts - 08:30 PM to 05:30 AM ( Monday to Friday)
