Voice: Customer Service: 
1. Education : Intermediate/Graduates (BE/B Tech Freshers need not apply)
2. Experience 0 to 12 years
3. Applicants must have Excellent English Communications Skills
4. Applicants Flexibility to work in US shifts

Voice: Collections : 
1. Education : Intermediate/Graduates (BE/B Tech Freshers need not apply)
2. Applicants must have Excellent English Communications Skills
3. applicants Flexibility to work in US shifts
4. At least 1 year experience in an International voice based call center with 6+ months of Collections  experience is mandatory.
5. Applicants must have Knowledge of collection procedures and related information system

E-Chat process: 
1. Qualification : Undergraduates/ Graduates (BE/B Tech Freshers need not apply)
2. Applicants Willing to work in US shifts
3. Applicants must have Excellent English language Communication skills
4. Experience 1 - 15 years (Min 1 year of Email/Chat support experience)
Working knowledge of computers
