- Any Graduates can Apply (Except B.E / BTech)
- Candidate should have atleast 1 year of banking experience in voice/ blended profile.
- Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environment.

1. Answering the customer queries and concerns over Calls & Emails (Both)
2. Candidate should be comfortable in working in Rotational Shifts
3. Prior experience in handling Escalations/ Complaints will be added advantage.
