Job Description :
1. Applicants need to Update and monitor entries in software / system
2. Data Entry as required during making various bills for shipping and Air logistics
3. Applicants need to Verifies and corrects errors in data to ensure accuracy of completed work.
4. Utilizes knowledge of various computer Software.
5. Maintain records including problem documentation and action taken; file management logs and similar data
6. Generating reports in excel
7. Client co-ordinations
8. Follow up with stations & Offices for documentations
Hiring Boundary:
1. Dombivali to Dadar Central line
2. Dadar to Borivali Western Line
3. Thane to Vashi Harbour line. (Sanpada is out of boundary location)
Other Requirements :
1. Open to Work in "NIGHT SHIFTS"
2. Applicants must have Excellent Communication skills (Written & Oral English)
3. Applicants Willing to work in 24/7 Mandate
4. Applicants must have Minimum Typing speed 25-30 WORD PER MINUTE
5. Previous work experience in Back Office will be an added advantage.
6. Applicants must ready to work under high pressure (10 to 12 working hours a day)
7. Previous work experience in Logistics Shipping Freight, will be given priority
8. Fresher's are Welcome.
