2. Finance : Applicants should complete Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant (CMA).
3. Human Resource Management : Applicants should complete Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in MBA/MSW, (2 years full time course), with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed & recognized Universities/ Institution.
