Job Description :
1. Handling service requests and ensuring their resolution within TAT
2. Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and approved prescribed requirement
3. Responsible to drive business through existing customer database
4. Ensuring overdue customers pay by the due date
5. Assist RM / sales team for achieving business volumes
6. Understanding product / process for better resolution of overdue cases

1. Graduate (fresher) / (experienced) preferably in a call center
2. Good interpersonal skills, high energy and methodical
