Job Description :
1. Work closely with the functional leaders and their teams.
2. Quick learn and apply OM concepts
3. Liase with the numerous customers, delivery & SPOC teams to ensure entitled requests are promptly actioned
4. Independently handle, assist the customer to determine problems and provide resolutions on any customer issues & process general volumes smoothly
5. Applicants must be flexible for any shift based on customer supported
6. Mandate stretch hours in Month & Qtr. ends Willingness for overtime

Skills: 
1. Well versed with the MS Office Suite (added proficiency in MS Excel)
2. Average Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
3. Good thought clarity
4. Logistics certifications/ exposure experience for candidates with work experience
5. 1-2 year of experience in SAP (SD/MM module), Logistics, OM.
6. International trading, Fiscal policies, Tax structure will be a value add.
