Job Description :
1. Possess strong accounting knowledge & Business understanding of the AP process
2. Will have to manage a team
3. Manage Invoice verification, Processing, Reporting (Daily, Weekly Monthly) on a Regular basis
4. Co-ordination with internal and clients on resolving operational issues & resolving them.
5. Reconciliation of balance sheet/control accounts
6. Provide audit requirements to External / Internal Audit
7. Participate in special projects
8. Timely reporting at month close/payment cycles, issue resolution
9. Adaptability and flexibility working across teams and Shifts
10. Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues
11. Monitor established internal controls to assure proper compliance
Required Skills:
1. Applicants must have Min 0 -4 yrs exp in Accounts Payable
2. Understanding of End to End Accounts Payable Process
3. Applicants Should have team handling experience
4. Applicants should have Strong Analytical skills
5. Applicants must have Excellent reporting skills
6. Applicants must have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
