3. Checking service status of account in diagnostic tools
4. Understanding of web technologies and cable setup
5. Troubleshooting of technical issues related to modems & Routers
6. Effective communication and close looping with client in case of observation
7. Updating status in internal as well as client tools
8. Applicants must have Basic Knowledge of Hardware (Modems , Routers and Troubleshooting)
