Job Description :
Job Mandate/Purpose Responsible for entering Customer/Vendor orders into the Client Order Entry applications , following up on shipments from plant and follow/track shipments until customer receipt in destination country. Work closely with Client Transportation team.

1. Applicants should be Responsible for entering Customer/Vendor orders into the Client Order Entry applications.
2. Acknowledge receipt of customer orders.
3. Ensure all details match the Requisition/Purchase Order. Ensure accuracy of order receipt dates, entry dates, quantities, billing units and any special instructions.
4. Refer Management. Responsible for following up on shipments from plant and follow/track shipments until customer receipt in destination country.
5. Work closely with Client Transportation team.
6. Ensure accuracy of inspection dates, port destination dates, sailing/flight dates, port arrival dates, customs clearance dates, and customer warehouse receipt dates. Any delays of shipments/lost shipments, etc.
