Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our new Employee Resources team located in Hyderabad. The Employee Resource Center - ERC Associate in Hyderabad will work closely with the ERC team in the US to provide a variety of HR services to North American Employees.

We have an immediate need for dedicated professionals to join our ERC.

Responsibilities: 
1. HRMS data management and support HR process for the US region
2. Verify data and perform data entry. Look for variances and discrepancies in data for correction.
3. Submit any corrections needed through Trouble Ticketing, SharePoint and defect log tracking in consultation with the SME.
4. Ensure data standards and integrity procedures.
5. Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance and job transfer.
6. Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance.
7. Match findings with data information in the system for the right outcome.
8. Understand impacts of changes in PeopleSoft system and how these will impact
9. Internal/external interfaces.
10. Communicate to leads/managers on data findings and escalations.
11. Demonstrate highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Masters in HR Freshers or Graduates(Non-Technical) with 0-1 years of HR experience
2. Superior attention to detail
3. Knows how to escalate
4. Comfortable and able to provide feedback regarding the role and work volume
5. Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
6. Strong Ownership, Bias for Action, Deliver Results, Insist on the Highest Standards
7. MS Office experience required - Proven experience working with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
