Job Description :
1) Actively participating in activities and generating the leads for Home loan & LAP.
2) Managing the team of sales executives.
3) Frequently visiting the builders, charted accountant, Real estate people...etc for business.
4) Visiting the Axis Bank branches.
5) Explaining about the loan amount, interest rate, tenure of repayments...Etc.
6) Adopting different kind of strategy to generate the new leads.
7) Continuously follow up with customers for documentation.
8) Primary underwriting of documents as per KYC norms.
9) Login the files and taking care of loan disbursement on time.
