Aegis has worked with companies in Healthcare, BFSI, Technology, Travel & Hospitality, Telecom and Retail industries particularly in the areas such as customer lifecycle, finance and accounting, Sourcing & procurement, HR & Enterprise business services management.

1. Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
2. Assertive phone presence and experience in dialing 100+calls per day
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage in non-scripted sales call and discussions with C-suite level executives
4. Meet performance parameters as defined for the team and remain calibrated on workflow(s)
5. Sales-oriented and capable of successfully engaging the prospect in progressive discussions
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
7. Expertise in finance/sharemarket/mutual funds industries
8. Ability to exercise judgment and display problem solving skills

Preferred : 
1. Prior experience in outbound sales/telemarketing process
2. Understanding of share market and industry trends
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (primarily MS Excel)

Desirable : 
1. Basic Understanding of FAO (Finance and Accounting Outsourcing)
2. Prior finance and accounting background

The individual must possess these skills and abilities and demonstrate that she/he can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.

Other Prerequisites :
Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement

we are open to hire people with excellent communication skills with B2C/B2B selling exposure and carrying finance background

Shift window -7 am to 10pm(9hrs rotaional shift)
