Job Description :

1. Alexa Data Service

• Educational qualification of Bachelor's Degree or Higher. (Should have completed graduation and have documentary evidence of the same like Provisional Certificate and/or Degree Certificate)
• Experience range - 0 -1 year
• Willingness to work on audio content (with headsets) for at least 450-480 minutes in a day converting audio files to text.
• Ability to produce acceptable quality of transcripts with minimal supervision.
• Ability to type 50 wpm.

2. Transportation Operations Center

• A Network Ops Specialist facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolves any potential issues that impacts customer experience and delivery performance.
• Experience range - 0 -1 year
• The candidate should have the basic understanding of Logistics and should be able to communicate clearly in the verbal and written form.
• Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24*7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts.
