Job Description :

1. Excellent Communication Skills - Oral & Written
2. Analyse schedule efficiency measurements as well as key indicators such as service level, for continuous improvement.
3. Ensure all required data is tracked and trended on a continuous basis and Re-allocate changes in staffing level.
4. Good in Basics of Email writing skills/Etiquettes 
5. Good in MS - Excel, MIS
6. We are looking at candidates well versed/proficient in numbers, Strong in basics of mathematics 

Mandatory at least 6 Months Experience in WFM is required, If your a fresher then excellent communication skills and good MS Excel Knowledge is a must - Candidates with Standing Arrears will not be eligible.

1. The position is for Chennai Sholinganallur HCL Campus.
2. Should be flexible for U.S Night Shifts
3. Candidates with Arrears/Backlogs are not eligible
4. Should be excellent or very good in Communication Skills.
