1. Troubleshooting & Resolutions of Broadband Customers on Outbound as well as Inbound calls
2. Basic Knowledge of Computers/LAN/WAN/Networking & DSL Technology.

5. Productivity should be Target oriented 
6. Ensure that customer issues gets resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
