Job Description :

1. Strong in Basic Concepts of Work Force Management Like Shrinkage, Monitoring, Planning, Forecasting. 
2. Excellent Communication Skills - Oral & Written
3. Analyse schedule efficiency measurements as well as key indicators such as service level, for continuous improvement.
4. Ensure all required data is tracked and trended on a continuous basis and Re-allocate changes in staffing level.
5. Good in Basics of Email writing skills/Etiquettes 
6. Good in MS - Excel, MIS
7. We are looking at candidates well versed/proficient in numbers, Strong in basics of mathematics

Job Details : 

1. Mandatory at least 6 Months Experience in WFM is required - Candidates with Standing Arrears will not be eligible. 
2. The position is for Chennai Sholinganallur HCL Campus.
3. Should be flexible for U.S Night Shifts
4. Immediate joiners or Max 1Month Notice Period
5. Experience can be considered post verification of your concerned documents for the same
