Job Description :
- Relationship Executive (Only for Males)
- Dealing with the existing customer for his product inquiry or issue
- ensure Gold Loan growth and interest collection .
- Act as a account Manager for customer account within the branch
- Maintain relations with external alliances for Cash and other\ currency
- Cash handling
- Cross sell to existing customer and seeking reference
Customer Care Executive (Only for Females):
- This role applies for females only
- Candidate has to encourage branch visit by references
- being courteous to walk-in customer within the branch and handle his inquiry
- if an existing customer , cross sell other financial products
- May also followup with customer on calls .
Insurance and Forex Executive-
- Convincing leads for the business
- Coordinating to branches for business and sensitizing them for the product
- Branch visits in the allotted location
- Age limit between 20- to 30 yrs
- Freshers are welcomed
- Must be presentable with good communication skill
- Candidate must be in proper formals with updated CV, Pen and Passport Photo
