Job Description :

1. The individual shall be a part of finance team and shall take up below tasks.
2. Financial Spreading: This includes Building and Maintaining pharmaceuticals companies historic financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and per share data) from companies 10-k, 10-Q, annual report, quarterly results and press releases.
3. Merger and Acquisition: It includes showing the impact of Merger or Acquisition on companies Balance sheet (Cash, Fixed Assets, Working capital, Equity, Debt) and merging the products to forecast impact on revenue and profitability.
