Job Description :

1. Develop various sources of IC hiring & build a team of ICs & ICs pipe line
2. Ensure product knowledge by BALIC ways of training
3. Field demonstration (FOD's).
4. Work with IC on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
5. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans
6. Ensure companies product mix sales and adhere to the business norms
7. Be BALIC brand ambassador & a customer champion
8. Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
9. Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per BALIC standard
