OTC Cash Applications

Job Responsibility: 
1. Process Daily WIRE and ACH payments received from customer in SAP, ensuring proper Cash application.
2. Research on short payments, overpayments, payment missing remittances ensuring proper coding of deductions.
3. Knowledge of deductions / SAP would be an added advantage.
4. Manage multiple mailboxes and process tie-off and handle other miscellaneous requests like supporting 3rd party audit by proving backup upon request.
5. Daily reconciliation of cash received vs applied
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, the ability to read and interpret, speaks effectively and informatively



OTC Order Management


Job Responsibilty
1. Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox) periodically
2. Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT
3. Creating delivery note on sales orders in a timely fashion, to ensure products allocation
4. Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customer
5. Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)
6. Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customers order
