Job Description :

1. Registration & Scheduling for client examinations.
2. Handling and solving Customer problems through inbound phone while assessing client specific tools and knowledge base
3. Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at CSR level.
4. Updating different trackers like End User complaint tracker etc.
5. Implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions by PICs / Team Leads
6. Appropriate documentation on client CRM
7. Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
8. Meeting SLAs & maintaining Quality Standards

Skills Required:

1. Good Typing Skills ( 30 wpm with 90% accuracy).
2. Good command in verbal and written English.
3. Excellent written communication skills
4. Good comprehension and correct grammar skills 
5. Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
