Job Description :
- Communicate effectively with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of new requirements related to IT systems and enhancements
- Coordinate with all required stakeholders and come up with best solutions
- Liaise with IT / vendors for their project deliveries
- Prepare functional specifications / Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and review manual test cases
- Lead a team of manual test engineers
- Ensure complete testing of the requirement with effective bug tracking of all the bugs encountered during the course of UAT
- Monitoring of the Project timelines and strict adherence to the same
