Job Description :
- Responsible for overall sales targets and business profitability
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region.
- Get the sale for all service lines using various customer sales methods (leads from Units, Clinicians and Service Teams).
- Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Prepare all MIS/ Analysis related to Spoke operations, employees & customers
- Accountability for timely registration and closure of complaints
- Liaison with Spoke operations staff and other stakeholders
- Responsible for marketing and promotional activities in the region
