Job Description :
1. Handling Branch Operations
2. Handling entire accounts work of customers & branch
3. Handling Cash and other currency
4. Ensuring Gold Loan growth and interest collection
5. Providing product information to the walkin customers in branch
6. Cross selling products to the customers
7. Dealing with the existing customer for his product inquiry or issue
8. Doing lead generation activities for the branch to increase customer awareness, brand visibility, products information and to increase branch business.
Customer Care Executive (Only for Females)
1.This role applies for females only
2. Candidate has to encourage branch visit by references
3. being courteous to walk-in customer within the branch and handle his inquiry
4. if an existing customer , cross sell other financial products
