Job Description :

1. Answering the customer queries and concerns over Calls & Emails (Both)
2. Candidate should be comfortable in working in Rotational Shifts
3. Prior experience in handling Escalations/ Complaints will be added advantage.
4. Must have minimum 1 year of customer service experience in voice/ blended profile.
5. Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills .
6. Must be flexible to work in 24*7 environment.
7. Prior Experience in Escalations and Complaints would be an advantage.
