Job Description :

1. Creation of power point report and insight generation
2. Strong knowledge of Excel for dashboard creation. Advanced Excel a plus
3. Understanding of the data and apply statistical techniques

Project management

1. Works under tight deadline and able to cope up with work pressure
2. Manage projects across all stages from conceptualization to feedback under his supervisor guidance
3. Understands timelines and aims at delivering on time
4. Ensure that outputs confirm to standard quality norms and meet client requirement
5. Ensures issues are addressed in a timely manner and deadlines are always met
6. Should able to take key initiatives along with the responsibilities
7. Domain knowledge 
8. Has good understanding of basics of digital analytics. Exposure to advanced statistics and pharmaceutical market and terms is an advantage

Soft Skills/Competencies(Behavioral): 

1. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Report writing and presentation/ Data Interpretation and analysis
3. Team player/ Logical Reasoning
4. Ability to prioritize and plan work load and manage time effectively
5. Able to carry out end to end project delivery from conceptualization to dashboard set, troubleshooting/identifying bugs, delivery
6. Analytical Bend of Mind
7. Be able to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality
8. Applies feedback to improve performance
9. Strong statistical skills for advance analytics like multiple regression and Key Driver Analysis
10. Basic knowledge of R tool is must
11. Basic knowledge of VBA, Veeva, Qlikview or SQL will be an added advantage.
12. Bachelors in Technology or Masters in business administration/ Masters in any stream only can apply
