We are Hiring for Technical Voice Process

Eligibility:

1. Voice Tech support. Good Communication Skills required.
2. It is a process with 24*7 shifts.
3. Candidate must have at least minimum 1 year of work experience in a technical program.
4. UG / Grad both eligible with 1year of documented Technical Experience .
5. Internal Students not eligible.
6. Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically. 
7. Working knowledge on Exchange 2007/2010/2013: Roles function of each role, Mail flow outbound architecture , Exchange 2016, FSMO Roles
8. DHCP: How to create a scope, exclusions, reservations, DORA, SARR (IPV6)
9. Outlook troubleshooting.
10. 12 + months experience on Exchange Server Support preferred.
11. Basic Network Communication Knowledge.
12. Understanding of Active Directory, Outlook, MS Office, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain Environment.

1. Designation offered : Technical Support Associate
2. Financial Service Agreement : All have to sign a Financial Service Agreement (Mandatory) for 1 year of 1,50,000/-(Mandatory) for 12 months.
3. Rounds of Interview : PI , Tech Specific Paper Test , Tech Ops Round , Online Assessment .
