Job Description :
HCL BServ is hiring for a Voice process in Healthcare domain for Chennai Location.

1. Excellent opportunity for people with Good English Communication. 
2. To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved)
3. Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders collect insurance details.
4. Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the insurance representative or customers.
5. Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures. 

Requirements: 

1. Graduation is mandatory.
2. 0 to 5 years of total experience in any Voice or healthcare domain.
3. 2017 Freshers are most welcome (Any Graduates can apply//No backlogs in UG)
4. Candidate must poses an Excellent communication skills(Both written and verbal).
5. Willingness to work in Night shits.
