3. Booking appointments for patients for various locations.
4. Eliciting customer feedback and handling customer complaints maturely.
5. Interacting with customers on chat for any inquiry or request.
6. Maintaining the brand standard.
7. Giving customer a delightful overall experience.
8. To maintain accuracy and sanctity of data.
