Job Description :
1. Assertive phone presence and experience in dialing 70+calls per day
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage in non-scripted call and discussions with C-suite level executives
3. Meet performance parameters as defined for the team and remain calibrated on workflow(s)
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
5. Ability to exercise judgment and display problem solving skills

Shift window For Male Candidates ::8am to 10pm(9hrs rotaional shift)
For Female Candidates ::8am to 8pm(9hrs rotaional shift

Preferred: 
1. Prior experience in BPO Sector
2. Understanding of share market and industry trends
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
