Job Description :
1. Applicants must have Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
2. Applicants must have Good Listening skills.
3. Applicants must have Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
4. Customer service orientation.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Applicants must have Problem solving ability.
7. Target orientated. Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments. Door to door pick and 8. drop will be provided for login and logout between 8 pm to 8 am.
9. Need to work 6 days a week. Weekly day off can be on any day during the week.
