Job Description :
Communicate effectively with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of new requirements related to IT systems and enhancements
Coordinate with all required stakeholders and come up with best solutions
Liaise with IT / vendors for their project deliveries
Prepare functional specifications / Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and review manual test cases
Lead a team of manual test engineers
Ensure complete testing of the requirement with effective bug tracking of all the bugs encountered during the course of UAT
Monitoring of the Project timelines and strict adherence to the same
